Diversity Thursday

Regulars to DivThu do not need me to go in to full rant today, you know the story. I promised you last week I would cover this today - so here we go.

As the agents of division and discord get more desperate to make sure their Cultural Marxist manifestation of critical race theory gets firmly embedded in all we do - they are not even letting the mask slip, they are throwing it away.

This is good so even those who wish not to see what it is - and I include the Navy's branch of this industry in this description - a racist, hate-filled philosophy based on grievance, profit, insecurity, and the most base of emotions; racial tribalism.

I stand by my central tenant that we - those who strive for a true color blind society based on merit, goodwill, and unity - are winning. As the legions we oppose who are fighting for sectarian strife get more desperate, it will seem to get worse - but I continue to believe that with each passing year their argument gets more hollow.

For those on active duty, there is something you can do without putting your career in danger, and I'll get to that at the end of the post. First though, let's see what these bitter, nasty people are doing.

Things are getting rather brazen, yes?
A controversial 600-plus page manual used by the military to train its Equal Opportunity officers teaches that "healthy, white, heterosexual, Christian" men hold an unfair advantage over other races, and warns in great detail about a so-called "White Male Club."

“Simply put, a healthy, white, heterosexual, Christian male receives many unearned advantages of social privilege, whereas a black, homosexual, atheist female in poor health receives many unearned disadvantages of social privilege,” reads a statement in the manual created by the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI).

The manual, which was obtained by Fox News, also instructs troops to “support the leadership of people of color. Do this consistently, but not uncritically,” the manual states.

The military manual goes into great detail about a so-called “White Male Club.”
Ahhh, the bigots over at DEOMI. We've covered them before. Here are one of their meetings.

What is one of my favorite bits from their indoctrination manual? I like the bottom of page 185. I want you to remember - when you send your Sailors to any DEOMI approved training course, you are by your actions supporting this world view.
Minorities and white women are relegated to a secondary status and are exploited for club purposes when deemed necessary and useful for club purposes.
Yes, in a nation with a bi-racial President, black Attorney General of one party. One of the leading stars of the other party has a last name of Cruz. The leader of one Party in the House of Representatives is a female, and one of the leading commentators on the political right is a female of Philippine extraction married to a Jewish guy, etc, etc, etc.

Oh, and who is the "club?"
White Male Club
Make sure and read page 189, if you are a White Devil, to see what you can do after re-education to become what they call a, "Strong White Ally." Of course, your first step must be to - again in their words - "Assume racism is everywhere, everyday."

Just read the below. Simply maddening.

So, once again, we have defined the problem - subsidized official bigotry. What are honorable people to do?

Mark Steyn asks the question:
There’s a designation for countries where mocking the leader gets you sent to reeducation camp, and it isn’t “self-governing republic of freeborn citizens.” (is anyone) man enough to tell the Diversity Commissar to take a hike?
Good question. To answer the question is to find your action.

Non-violent, passive, social action is the best route. Just don't play any more. You only have so many dollars and people in your command. Do not invest TAD $, TDY time, or effort to any DEOMI or related event. If you see something in the Navy's (D)iversity Bully page - do not support it with your command's people, time or effort.

Affinity groups are just another name for divisive, sectarian organizations. If they base their mission on DNA, shun them.

Awards based on race, creed, color, or national origin? They are discriminatory and sectarian in addition to being an administrative burden. Do not have your Yeomen invest one minute in them. Do not participate. If you are in the chop chain, slow walk it.

Race based mentoring groups? They should make you ashamed of your Navy. Have nothing to do with them.

Race based ceremonies and observances? Let them be an anathema to you - as they are an anathema to good order and discipline.

You can do this kind of non-violent, passive, social action without saying a word. I would highly recommend that you don't. If you are asked, just state that if something is not open to all your Sailors on an equal basis, then you prefer not to involve them in it. If you are forced, then mix it up. Have fun, but don't waste time that could be spent getting your Sailors ready to either deploy or support those who are.

Our Navy is better than this. Shun those who would bring the shame of racialist sectarianism on our Fleet.

Via Todd Starnes, bask in a 22 page wedge of it.

A final word from one of the bravest people I know. I don't know what club she is in, but I wish I were a member.
